We approach individual therapy from a person-centered perspective. We provide a laid-back, compassionate, non-judgmental space as a facilitator – we take our client's lead as they are the experts in their past experiences and work to help them identify and challenge negative beliefs and unhealthy thought patterns that contribute to their struggles and help them find ways to replace them with more realistic and positive alternatives. Our goal, is to help clients celebrate progress (small wins), not perfection.
Individual Therapy
Monday: 1 pm to 4 pm
Tuesday/Wednesday: 10 am to 1 pm
Thursday: 11 am to 8 pm
Friday: 9 am to 12 pm
Couples Therapy
Life's journey is full of ups and downs and sometimes figuring it out together is hard. Our approach to couples therapy is to help clients learn skills to understand each other, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.
